Engage AMS provides a fully integrated payment experience. Your members and guests stay on your site for all e-commerce payments. However, we're fully PCI compliant and no credit card information is stored locally.
Powered by Stripe, Engage AMS includes online payments for:
- Membership Applications
- Event Registration
- Guest Registration
- Add-on donation
- Sponsorship fees
Refunds, if enabled, can also be processed via Stripe. Memberships can be prorated as determined by the association leadership and set by the AMS admin.
Pricing for memberships, events, and donations is fully configurable by the site admin. Configurations include but are not limited to:
- Pricing by membership type
- Coupon/discount codes
- Sale pricing
- and Volume discounting
Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, with no set-up or additional fees. The merchant account is owned and managed by your organization. All funds collected online are deposited into to your organization’s bank account. As part of your agreement, you will need to open your Stripe account within a reasonable timeframe before the estimated launch date to allow Engage time to configure and test your new account.
Note: Stripe is offering discounted rates for certified 501(3)c non-profit organizations. Inquire directly with Stripe regarding possible non-profit rates. (2.2% + .30 per transaction, non-AmEx).
Stripe offers real-time fee reporting and can be integrated with QuickBooks and other financial software for a small monthly fee from a third-party provider (currently $20/mo.). Transfers arrive in your bank account on a 2-day rolling basis or you can opt to receive transfers weekly or monthly.
