Engage AMS is designed to be user friendly and easy-to-use without Engage’s assistance. However, our team is standing by ready to help you whenever you need it. Engage AMS includes training and support. We don’t just launch the AMS and website, train you, and then throw you in to sink or swim. We are your partner and we’re just as invested in providing your members with a good experience as you are. You and your Engage project manager will build a great relationship while working on your project and once it’s launched, your project manager will stay as your point of contact for any needs during regular business hours.

As a SaaS (software as a service) platform, your license includes regular updates to the system. As Engage adds additional functionality, a road map of planned releases is publish along with and a summary of recent additions is maintained at via our Help Desk.
