Danielle Cooley knows the things we use should make life easier, not harder. For more than 15 years, her research and design talents have been applied to websites, software, hardware, documentation, touchscreen kiosks, mobile tools, speech recognition and IVR telephone systems.

In addition to her consulting work, Danielle is an adjunct faculty member at Northeastern University. She is a frequent speaker at local, national, and international conferences. She has a BE in Biomedical and Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a MS in Human Factors in Information Design from the Elkin B. McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University.
