Event Management
Engage AMS includes the full event registration process:
- Online registration for events with form builder for event-specific questions
- Credit card payments via e-commerce transactions with optional installment payments
- Flexible pricing rules (e.g. early discounts, late surcharges, coupons, member discounts, etc.)
- Session-based pricing and registrations
- Flexible event registration process with the ability to add custom “steps” (e.g. make a donation, purchase a book, etc.)
- Optional refund, transfer and deferral workflows
- Back-end dashboard for reporting and administrative access
Event & Meeting Registrations
Event registration is a core feature of Engage AMS. The system allows for full event registration down to session choices. Events are extensively configurable. Configurations include, but are not limited to:
- Attendance by admin-defined role (e.g. Member, prospect, student, public, etc.)
- Attendee count (the admin can restrict attendance count, with wait listing optional)
- Guest registration
- Free or fee-based, paid at online registration, via installments, or billed by invoice
- Single or multi-day
- Additional donations, fees, and materials add-ons
Upcoming Events List
Event calendar functionality is included. The content of each listing is controlled by the site admin (or permissioned roles) and need not be limited to events associated with the site. The styling of this functionality is guided by your site’s theme but can be further customized at an hourly rate.
Optional Fundraising Integration
For each event, an associated donation can be tied to it. The donation can go back to your association or can be for a different charity.
