It’s hard to believe that just 4 years ago we were writing about our 15th anniversary, which highlighted the stat that 90% of tech startups fail in the first 5 years.
We continue to not only survive, but grow. In 2015, we boasted 43 clients. Then in 2017, we annihilated that with 61 clients. In just the first half of 2018, we already have 44 clients, so it’s looking to be another banner year. We are especially proud that many of those clients have been with us for more than 10 years!!!
As an established leader in the DNN community since its inception in 2003, we have earned an outstanding reputation as global-tier experts in the platform. While we continue to be devotees of DNN, in an effort to expand our services, we’ve also forged new partnerships with .Net-centric CMSs Progress Sitefinity and Kentico.
Our services have attracted a wealth of clients from the association space, particularly in the financial and healthcare verticals. We discovered that these types of organizations needed a different solution. They needed the ability to edit their content, manage memberships, manage rewards/awards programs, and in some cases manage multiple locations or chapters.
To better serve them, we leveraged our .Net and DNN skills and integration savvy to create Engage AMS, an association management system. After a year of development, Engage AMS officially launched earlier this year. With it, we’ve crafted unique solutions for clients that meet their specific needs. It’s an ideal, value-priced solution for small to mid-sized associations, and we’re excited with how it’s been received in a crowded market of solutions.
For the remainder 2018 and in the years to come, we will continue to expand our product offerings and services, while still providing the same high-touch support that differentiates Engage from other firms. We may have roots as a small, midwestern development firm, but we’ve attracted big clients because we showcase our midwestern (and thanks to our office in Sarasota, Florida, now southern) hospitality and enterprise-level skillset.
